We participated in the 3rd International Conference on Deep Space Research (Tiandu Forum) held in Hefei, the capital of Anhui province of China, on September 4-5, 2025. At the conference, TÜBİTAK UZAY Deputy Institute Director Bülent Avenoğlu and the managers of the Lunar Research Program (AYAP) and the Software, Hardware Development and Research Project for Deep Space Missions (DUYARGA) held contacts with representatives from the participating countries of the forum and relevant institutions and organizations of China.

AYAP Project Manager Dr. Burak Yağlıoğlu made a presentation about Türkiye's Lunar Mission. In the presentation, which was watched with great interest by the participants, Türkiye's ambitious goals in space exploration were revealed.

One of the most striking parts of the presentation was the international cooperation and scientific goals of the project. Dr. Yağlıoğlu detailed the scientific and technological demonstration missions to be carried out as part of the Lunar Mission, as well as the close collaboration platform established with academics through the Lunar Scientific Working Group. This platform was highly appreciated as an open invitation to all those interested in the mission.

Following the successes achieved by our country with LEO and GEO satellites, it is now creating excitement in the scientific community with the Moon Mission, and stands out with the potential to further strengthen the role of our country in space exploration.

Within the framework of the forum, the delegation of TÜBİTAK UZAY Institute, which came together with many institutions and companies, including the Asia-Pacific Space Cooperation Organization (APSCO), of which our country is one of the founding countries, space research centers, universities, satellite manufacturers and launch agencies, also held meetings regarding our Moon Mission and our satellite and space missions planned for the future.
