Mustafa Gökhan BİLGİLİ received his bachelor's degree in Economics from Boğaziçi University in 2004 and his master's degree in International Trade and Logistics Management from Ankara Social Sciences University.
In 2004, he started his career at Ereğli Demir ve Çelik Fabrikaları T.A.Ş. as a Foreign Procurement Specialist. Mr. Mustafa Gökhan BİLGİLİ, who worked as a Procurement and Contracts Supervisor at BOTAŞ International Limited (BIL) between 2006 and 2014, has been working as the Deputy Director (Administrative) of the Institute since 2022 at TÜBİTAK Space Technologies Research Institute, where he started as a Procurement Unit Supervisor in 2014.
