Gökhan BİLGİLİ
Deputy Director of the Institute (Administrative)
Mustafa Gökhan BİLGİLİ earned his Bachelor's degree in Economics from Boğaziçi University in 2004 and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in International Trade and Logistics Management at Ankara Social Sciences University.
He began his career in 2004 as a Foreign Procurement Specialist at Ereğli Iron and Steel Works Co. (ERDEMİR).
Between 2006 and 2014, he served as Procurement and Contracts Supervisor at BOTAŞ International Limited (BIL). In 2014, he joined the TÜBİTAK Space Technologies Research Institute as Head of Procurement, and since 2022, he has also been serving as the Acting Deputy Director (Administrative).
BİLGİLİ has specialized in areas such as SAP Business Intelligence and Analytics Reporting, Foreign Trade Expertise, Public Procurement, Procurement Management and Supplier Evaluation Systems, Supplier Performance Assessment and Development, ISO 9001 Quality Management System Internal Auditing, and Foreign Trade and Customs Legislation Applications.
Born in 1980 in Hatay Yayladağı, Mustafa Gökhan BİLGİLİ is married and has two children.
