Mustafa Gökhan BİLGİLİ earned his bachelor's degree in Economics from Boğaziçi University in 2004 and completed his master's studies in International Trade and Logistics Management at Ankara Social Sciences University.
He began his professional career in 2004 as an International Procurement Specialist at Ereğli Iron and Steel Factories Co. (Erdemir). Between 2006 and 2014, he worked as a Procurement and Contracts Supervisor at BOTAŞ International Limited (BIL). In 2014, he joined TÜBİTAK Space Technologies Research Institute as a Procurement Unit Manager and has been serving as Deputy Director (Administrative) since 2022.
Over the years, he has gained expertise through training programs in areas such as SAP Business Intelligence and Analytics Reporting, Foreign Trade Expertise, Public Procurement, Procurement Management and Supplier Evaluation Systems, Supplier Performance Assessment Systems and Supplier Development, ISO 9001 Quality Management System Internal Auditing, as well as Foreign Trade and Customs Legislation Applications, and Foreign Trade Management Expertise.
Born in 1980 in Yayladağı, Hatay, Mustafa Gökhan BİLGİLİ is married and has two children.
