Between June 12-14, the 6th International Conference on Recent Advances in Space Technologies (RAST) was attended by the Institute Director, Technical Assistant Director and relevant researchers. A booth was set up at the conference organized at the Harbiye Military Museum in Istanbul and our Institute was introduced.

At the Space Policies in Turkey Panel held at the end of the conference, our Institute Director made a speech pointing out the importance of human resources in the field of space. On the opening day, our Technical Deputy Director of the Institute made a presentation on TÜBİTAK UZAY in the session of the organizations supporting RAST 2013.
