Mustafa Gökhan Bilgili graduated from Boğaziçi University with a bachelor's degree in Economics in 2004 and is currently pursuing his master's degree in International Trade and Logistics Management at Ankara Social Sciences University.
He began his career in 2004 as a Foreign Procurement Specialist at Ereğli Iron and Steel Works Co.
Between 2006 and 2014, Bilgili worked as a Procurement and Contracts Supervisor at Botaş International Limited (BIL). In 2014, he joined the TÜBİTAK Space Technologies Research Institute as the Head of the Procurement Unit. Since 2022, in addition to his role, he has been serving as the Acting Deputy Director of the Institute (Administrative).
He has specialized in various fields, having completed training in SAP Business Intelligence and Analytics, Foreign Trade Expertise, Public Procurement, Procurement Management and Supplier Evaluation System, Supplier Performance Evaluation System and Supplier Development, ISO 9001 Quality Management System Internal Auditing, Foreign Trade and Customs Legislation Practices, and Foreign Trade Management Expertise.
Born in 1980 in Yayladağı, Hatay, Mustafa Gökhan Bilgili is married and has two children.
