TÜBİTAK UZAY participated in the InterForensic Congress and Fair organized by the International Association for Forensic Institutes (IAFI) at the Istanbul Grand Cevahir Hotel between October 22-26, 2013 for the promotion of the BALİSTİKA Project, a Ballistic Image Analysis and Recognition System for Forensic Medicine Laboratories.

At the fair, the representatives of the police departments of approximately 80 countries were informed about the BALISTIKA Project and its different and superior features from other similar systems were emphasized. Our national media showed great interest in the project and made news programs promoting the project during the fair.
