The Asia-Pacific Space Cooperation Organization (APSCO), headquartered in Beijing, People's Republic of China, will award master's and doctoral scholarships for 2018 through the Chinese Government Scholarship Program.
Within the scope of the agreement between APSCO and Beihang University in Beijing, Master's Programs in Global Satellite Navigation System (GNSS), Micro-Satellite Technologies, Remote Sensing & Geographic Information Systems (RS&GIS), Space Law and Policies (MASTA) and Doctoral Program in Space Technology Applications (DOCSTA) were opened for 2018.
Scholarships, supports, criteria and detailed information provided under each program are included in the relevant program document. Applications will be made to TÜBİTAK UZAY and candidates to be recommended will be determined. APSCO and Beihang University will make the final evaluation among the candidates. In addition to the scholarships and support provided, APSCO will cover the round-trip airfare to Beijing for the candidates accepted to the program.

As a result of the evaluation to be made by TÜBİTAK UZAY, two candidates will be notified for each of MASTA's GNSS, RS&GIS and Space Law and Policies fields, and one person will be accepted to the program. In the field of Microsatellite Technologies, three candidates will be notified by TÜBİTAK UZAY and two people will be accepted to the program after the evaluation. For the DOCSTA program, two candidates will be proposed by TÜBİTAK UZAY and one person will be accepted.
All documents related to the applications must be submitted to TÜBİTAK UZAY by mail until February 23, 2018. As a result of the evaluation, the documents of the candidates to be recommended for the programs will be forwarded to APSCO by TÜBİTAK UZAY.
