Within the scope of the National Ground Station Development Project, the production of the 7.3 meter diameter reflector antenna to be installed on the roof of the TÜBİTAK UZAY building has been completed.

The antenna is the largest reflector antenna ever designed and manufactured in Turkey. The antenna, which will be used in S and X Band communication with low orbit earth observation satellites, is of Cassegrain type. The production of 10 panels and the center core that make up the reflector has been completed and assembled. In the next stage, factory and on-site installations will be completed and acceptance will be ensured.
