On Saturday, June 1, 2013, the 102nd Anniversary Celebrations of the Air Force Command were held at Akıncı 4th Main Jet Base. Our Institute, which participated in the celebrations with the special invitation of the Air Forces Command and constituted one of the most attractive stand areas, not only introduced Göktürk-2, RASAT and BiLSAT satellites, but also provided information about space with its panels; solar system and astronaut corner; free distribution of TÜBİTAK Science and Technique, Bilim Çocuk and Meraklı Minik magazines; and free space-related movie screenings in the planetarium.
