Ground Station

The Earth Station is designed to communicate with satellites in low Earth orbit (LEO) and performs many important functions:
- Receiving and Sending Data
- Monitoring and Control
- Telemetry and Command
- Data Processing and Storage
- Timing and Synchronization
- Recovery and Reconstruction
The ground station is vital to the success of satellite operations and is used for the operation of satellites developed at the Institute.
Mission Control Software (TstarGO)

It is a software package that enables the ground control of satellites and the realization of mission operations. In the process that starts with the launch of satellites, it has vital importance at every stage throughout the life of the satellite. With this software running in an operation center, the missions to be performed by satellites and the desired orbital maneuvers are planned. By communicating with the satellite through connected ground stations, the satellite's health status is monitored, orbital operations are performed, mission plans are uploaded and payload data resulting from the mission is downloaded. The satellite's orbit is determined and advanced using ground measurements or data from the satellite. The downloaded payload data is processed and the mission output is ready for use.
