On 25 May 2012, TUBITAK Presidency organized the "TurKey Enabling Technologies 2012 International Project Market" event in Istanbul.

More than 300 experts from these fields participated in the event, which covered the fields of biotechnology, advanced materials, manufacturing technologies and space technologies. At the space workshop, "Our satellite system design department researcher presented the critical technologies we want to take part in the FP7 6th Space call and TÜBİTAK UZAY capabilities for these areas.
