In accordance with its mission and vision, TÜBİTAK UZAY keeps the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information assets used in all projects carried out in line with national interests at the highest level.

Through the Information Security Management System (ISMS), it is aimed to increase the reliability of the projects carried out by our Institute in terms of both hardware and software and to ensure business continuity by managing all information produced, stored and shared within the corporate network within the framework of a specific policy and risk management plan.

TÜBİTAK UZAY resolutely supports the implementation of the Information Security Policy, meeting the relevant applicable requirements and continuous improvement, and undertakes the following:

• Everyone who uses TÜBİTAK UZAY corporate network and accesses our corporate information resources undertakes to comply with the principles of information security and to use the information obtained in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
• All internal and external parties defined within the scope of ISMS undertake to comply with the policies and instructions shaped around this policy, and TÜBİTAK UZAY Information Security Board undertakes to support the ISMS infrastructure and maintain its functioning.
• In case of non-compliance with information security policies, procedures and instructions, necessary sanctions are applied within the framework of relevant laws and regulations.
• Updated versions of service-specific documents such as emergency plans, data protection instructions and incident reporting procedures defined in the ISMS are published on the Institute's ISMS portal.
• This policy is periodically reviewed by TÜBİTAK UZAY Information Security Board at least once a year. The revised and updated policy enters into force upon approval by the Institute Management.
