Minister of Industry and Technology Mustafa Varank visited TÜBİTAK UZAY Optical Systems Research Laboratory (OPMER), one of the critical infrastructures of TÜBİTAK UZAY, which is planned to be opened within the 100-day action plan, on October 12, 2018.
During the visit, TÜBİTAK President Prof. Dr. Hasan Mandal, Institute executives and TÜBİTAK SAGE executives were also present. Following the presentation made by Institute Director Assoc. Prof. Dr. Lokman Kuzu, Mr. Varank inspected the laboratories. Minister of Industry and Technology Mustafa Varank expressed that he found the work carried out and the products developed here "impressive".
