Organized by the Ministry of Science, Industry and Technology, the 2nd R&D Centers Summit was held at the Istanbul Congress Center on 15-16 November 2013. Minister of Science, Industry and Technology Nihat Ergün opened the summit, which was organized with the aim of exhibiting the work carried out by R&D centers, reviewing the outputs, sharing them with the public, informing and raising awareness.
