Göktürk-2, has completed its 6 years in space as of 18 December 2018

Recently, the production of 7.3 meters diameter reflector antenna, to be installed on the roof of TÜBİTAK UZAY building, has been completed.

Today, RASAT Satellite, designed and produced by TUBITAK Space Technologies Research Institute, has completed its seventh year in orbit.

The Opening Ceremony of the National Infrastructures for the Technology Development was held at Optical Systems Research Laboratory (OPMER) in Ankara

The launch was successfully performed with the Dnepr launch vehicle from Yasny Launch Base of Russia

RASAT satellite, which is wholly designed, manufactured and tested by Turkish engineers and technicians in TUBITAK UZAY facilities, took off for Yasny Launch Base in Russian Federation on June 14th, and reached to the city of Ulyanovsk for customs procedures.
